ABOUT

                            About

It was my personal journey of mental and physical illness that inspired a passion for searching answers within a different scope.

Having worked in a corporate environment for over 30 years, struggling with health and stress issues, I retrained as a nutritional therapist at the college of naturopathic medicine in London; aiming to support individuals not gaining sufficient results from allopathic medicine alone.  The three years of study

included 200 hours of stringent clinical training, exams and assignments, including a portfolio of clients.

It is easy to let life take control and not establish or reflect on its infliction to the detriment of your health.  On reflection had I sought support, the knowledge I am now equipped with to reverse the harm caused could have been prevented.

The joy of being in control of my health, instead of being symptom driven has opened a whole new leaf to wellbeing.

As a registered member of British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy (BANT), and Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), I have an obligation to ongoing continuing professional development (CPD).

Each client is treated as unique, affording scientific based research for a thorough nutritional plan and lifestyle improvement, with added supplements where relevant, with mutual respect for your general practitioner (GP). During consultation I form a comprehensive study of individuals to gain an insight into their core issues, in some instances with the use of functional testing. I work with you at a pace comfortable for you, so the experience is not overwhelming.
